"For the past couple years, I’ve been taking photos of different birds and texting one each week to my friend. Well, things have changed a bit recently and I decided to turn Birdsday (aka Thursday) into ‘Thinksday’. It’s a photo and a thought or idea, along with a brief reflection, memory, or story. The reflection is rooted in some experience or observation of my life. But I confess that the storytelling may take some liberties or literary license — why should I let fawning fidelity to facts ruin an otherwise good narrative?"  — Nat
